About Us
The Lenwood Elementary School staff is working at meeting the academic, behavioral, social/emotional, and physical needs of all students through the use of a Multi -Tiered System of Support (MTSS), which is “an integrated, comprehensive framework that focuses on Common Core State Standards, core instruction, differentiated learning, student -centered learning, individualized student needs, and the alignment of systems necessary for all students’ academic, behavioral, and social success” (cde.ca.gov). MTSS allows the staff at Lenwood Elementary School to focus on educating the whole child and meeting the unique needs of every student so that every student can reach his/her potential.
